The audio associated with the calls will be handled via PC microphone and speakers. It maintains outlook contacts and user can make a call from outlook directly.

A series of electronic forms capture customer data, minimizing the need for manual re-entry data throughout the quotation and application stages. These electronic forms can be customized to capture only the data the organization requires. Service Delivery is re-engineering the ordering of appraisals, titles, contingency removal and rental and moves these functions from the mainframe to ATLAS. Stream line processes, drive efficiencies, reduce touch points and maximize a paperless environment between customers, consultants, resource centers, and suppliers. Property Evaluation is the service to be provided to customers to evaluate their property. The system will create the appraiser list, appraisals and ordering the appraisals. The appraiser will give the property evaluation amount. The person in charge of review of these appraisals, can be reviewed and send the offer amount to the customer.
The new system being developed (EDGE) is Re-engineering of an existing system, which works on Mainframe. Since only some of the functionalities are being moved to new web based system there is requirement of synchronizing the data between Mainframe, IC & EDGE, which is called as bridging. This is achieved using the Biztalk Server Orchestration & Middleware components developed in C#. The various bridges developed are EDGE To Mainframe, Mainframe to Edge & IC to Edge.

The objective of this software is to design and implement a Share Accounting System to enable any Brokerage House to manage entire operations of stock broking starting from day-to day operations of trade to generate the final accounts. This system is meant for use by any individual share broker of any exchange or a corporate member of any stock exchange or a brokerage house with multiple member ships. This is used for managing entire operations of stock broking starting from day- to- day monitoring of trade positions to generate the final accounts. This system has various security levels and different pre-defined roles and privileges. Depending on the role played by the user in the organization, the user has been privileged with access to different forms, reports and menus. Update, Delete, Insert options have also been granted based on the role by default. There is also flexibility of defining new roles and new users with choice privileges from time to time. The system design is flexible and adaptable to future developments in the business environments.
