Professional Accomplishments:

I have personally managed, under my direct responsibility, 3 of the most struggling Innovel units from the bottom to the middle or top of the client scorecard, including managing the perennial number 1 unit in Janesville, WI from 106 to #1 4 years running.

While directly managing my own direct accounts, I have served as a traveling executive to assist low performing units become stabilized and improve both service metrics and financial results. During these times, the units I was in direct supervision over continued to excel on service metrics and financials after struggling for several months or years.

In transitional times for our company, between executives, I have served as a regional director overseeing 4-7 units and maintaining their operations until a permanent solution was found. While doing so, I attended several client meetings as an executive representing my company and coming up with solutions for our clients.

I have served as a traveling recruiter for my company to help bring on new contract carriers to facilitate our home delivery operations. I have been successful in recruiting new contact carriers in markets others said were difficult. I have a system I follow that helps me where others fail.

I have organized and conducted weekly conference call trainings for other account managers to teach how to boost performance both financially and client service metrically and share best practices where needed. Also, I have taught Culture Change and Pro Advocacy fundamentals to help all of our company’s managers learn the philosophies and ideas behind those corporate training programs.

In the time I have been with HDL, I have been awarded the MVP honor for the quarter 3 times. That is for doing things that improve the company and by being willing to go above and beyond to make us stronger and help us grow.

I have always prided myself on being a problem solver and able to come up with solutions where others have not been able to see them. I believe it is my vast experience professionally that allows me to look at challenges with a different perspective. That has proven to be very useful, professionally, and I know I make any team I am a part of, stronger.
