As managing partner of Henrichsen Siegel, PLLC, a law firm with offices in Florida, Washington, D.C. and New York, I worked directly with Pat for many years as she was the receptionist and administrative assistant in our Jacksonville, Florida office where I was based.

Pat’s responsibilities at our law firm were varied, and included being tasked to:

Manage daily mail and maintained our internal office mail logs.

Schedule on our firm-wide calendar.

Create drafts of correspondence to clients for invoice payment and with vendors.

Communicate with vendors and clients regarding many matters, including accounts payable, accounts receivables, scheduling, depositions and other issues.

Prepare files and filing of case and administrative documents.

Establish and maintained electronic and paper files.

During the course of her employment, Pat proved herself to be a reliable, honest and hardworking employee. Her professional qualities and willingness to complete her assignments in a timely manner made her a valuable addition to our practice. In addition, Pat was a very conscientious employee that has been a benefit to our firm. She worked well as a team member and could work unsupervised. Finally, I have always been impressed by Pat’s commitment and care about our clients.

As I am shifting my professional efforts to a different geographical location, Pat’s position with our firm became no longer needed. 10 years experience in a law firm as Administrative Assistant, Accounts Payable Clerk, and Receptionist Feb 2006 – June 2016.

Scheduled meetings with clients and prepared daily calendar.

Set up conference room for meetings with clients, mediations, & depositions.

Opened mail, recorded the daily mail and distributed it to proper employee.

Prepared the bank deposit and deposited it in the bank.

Screened the incoming calls and take messages.

When the property needed repairs, I made the arrangements for it to be done.

Several years ago, we had an office in Jacksonville, FL, plus in Washington, DC and in Tennessee. The offices in Washington, DC and Tennessee were moved and I made all the arrangements for moving them more than once.

In charge of ordering supplies and distributing them.

Entered all invoices into Quick Books. Also entered clients’ cost into Time Slips.

Mailed invoices to clients and also emailed invoices to clients per their instructions.

Sent past due notices to clients and wrote letters to clients that had to pay some of the vendors directly.

Greeted clients and made them comfortable. Because I saw and spoke to the clients so many times over the phone, I could recognize their voices.
