Project Description; the Revitalization of the
HK Central Police Station that encompassed the
conservation of 16 buildings of historical and
architectural significance on a 3.37-acre site in
Central HK. To support the actives and
infrastructure planned on this revitalized site four new building were built to provide addition space
for Plant, Contemporary Art and Exhibition
areas.
Responsibilities; block manager of multiple
buildings with great emphasis on the heritage
elements, working closely with the onsite
Heritage Architects. Reporting directly to the
Contract Manager while coordinating and
planning sub contractors and suppliers to ensure
that all drawings and specification were being
met. To achieve the high level of quality and
safety a continuous vigilance of both had to be
monitored.

Project Description; the design build and
construction of a radar facility for the Taiwan Air Force in conjunction with both the US Air Force
and Raytheon. Project included mission critical
both single story and multi-story buildings,
power plant, power supply building, water
treatment building, significant site development,
retaining walls and site roadways
Responsibilities; my role included the
management of both structural and architectural
scope of work reporting directly to the PM. This
entailed that all works were being done per
drawings and specifications, also the review of
sub-contractor proposals for
changes/modifications to suit the project
conditions. Provide rapid but compliant changes
that were then coordinated between the design
team in the USA and the construction team in
Taiwan. At all times a high-level of quality
control and safety had to be met thru the
completion of the project.
