One steam and two electrically driven centrifugal feed water pumps at 500-600 psi

Attended to chemical water treatment and mechanical de-aeration

Electrical switching of five AC back pressure T/G generators totaling 9 MW

Determined needs and synchronized use of the five generators and hydro power

50 hp Fulton firetube Package Boiler o/p 100 psi

Direct and indirect refrigeration systems involving high pressure and 8 low pressure sliding vane ammonia compressors and two intermediate screw ammonia compressors handling 10,000 pounds of liquid NH3

4 smaller water tube boilers of 2 at 17,500 lbs/hr, 1 of 37,000 lbs/hr and 1 of 45,000 lbs/hr respectively

HVAC which took care of the VGH, BC Women, and Children Hospitals – this included over 100 AHU made up of hot and cold decks, humidifiers, fans motors, filter, chillers, DDC’s etc.
