Senior Year (Design Project: May 2013):-

Achieved in developing a template to provide a step-by-step plan to assure compliance of power distribution providers to North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) guidelines. The project was designed to track and improve compliance to NERC regulations by small distribution companies. Implementation resulted in a 20% reduction in citations and an 8% improvement in financial performance in the first year of a surveyed Garland Power & Light, Garland Texas and Denton Municipal Electric, Denton, Texas.
