Manufacturer of an ultra-high heat mobile incinerator.

Principal

Start-up company has designed, prototype-tested, and is ready to manufacture a mobile combustor capable of incinerating treated wood and completely eliminating all hazardous waste chemicals. Wood such as used railroad ties, utility poles, and marine pilings that are treated with hazardous chemicals like creosote and pentachlorophenol can be completely vaporized - including both the wood and hazardous chemicals - instead of going to landfills as hazardous waste. The team has been lining up investment capital and introducing the combustor to potential customers.

ELECTRO-MOTIVE DIESEL, INC., LaGrange, Illinois 2012 - 2014

Manufacturer of heavy-haul freight locomotives, and contractor for testing and commissioning, upgrade and replacement parts, and service.

Program Manager

Led international, cross-functional, order fulfillment teams to insure all contract terms are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Locomotive customer base is world-wide, and orders require meeting various international regulations and design requirements, including Positive Train Control - PTC. EMD has multiple plants across the globe, and orders can be built at any plant depending on overall schedule, model ordered, options specified by the customer, and delivery and commissioning location.

Managed multiple North American and international orders worth a combined $320MM.

Responsible for locomotive orders incorporating Positive Train Control systems similar to the European ETCS design covering multiple countries. PTC systems included Alstom ETCS for the United Arab Emirates, and Siemens ETCS for Saudi Arabia.

Customers located in Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Brazil, Gabon, and Congo.

THE CHAMBERLAIN GROUP, INC., Elmhurst, Illinois 2005 - 2011

Developer and manufacturer of access control products including Wi-Fi home control systems, residential garage door openers, gate openers, commercial door openers, telephone entry systems, and related accessories.

Led cross-functional new product development teams to design and market segment-leading access control products.

Completed one of company’s most successful projects which included new technology coupled with innovative industrial design.
