My professional goal is to acquire a position with a company or government that will allow me to use and expand my knowledge and experience within the field of Real Estate, Evaluations, Corp. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Pearson Appraisals - West Point, VA (May 2015–Present)

Currently working in Nash County NC and Durham, NC where I have successfully assessed Residential and vacant land within highly developed areas.

Responsible for determining the value of Multi-Family Rental Communities and the amenities provided for tenants. Successfully assessed laundry facilities, tennis courts and other structures. Conducted Assessment Hearings in each location in which I reassessed real property.

Primarily responsible for assessing new single-family developments; successfully assessed community centers, buildable lots, paved driveways, private fencing, pools, and other custom amenities.

Successfully for created and hosted a weekly Radio Show that focused on the real estate market throughout Hampton Roads. Each week my panel of guest, co-host and I discussed current real estate trends, mortgages, housing needs and options available to the public in general. We advised the listening audience and answered questions they asked during our Q&A Session; which was very well received. My radio show offered a vast amount of information regarding any real estate concern from purchasing to renovating and refinancing.
