● I worked in the finial Assembly area,Here we looked over the orders and insured that everything needed in the order was correct and ready to build.

● Following the quality procedures to build control arms.I also had to read the order forms and schematics to add the custom details in the control arms including but not limited to alternate functions in joysticks,switches, and relays. I also had to configure valve functions.

● I also had a chance in working in general assembly.There they built the bases for the control arms.I installed circutboards and wired them in to several connectors and e-stops.

● In general Assembly we also made pcm witch is the computer that controls the control arm.

● In the harnessing department I ran an Artos machine.This machine would cut lengths and print on

wire.I would verify the lengths and print per standards and drawings.

● Worked with ceramic fiber and silicate to make parts used in testing steel and other

metals. I use a moisture meter to inspect parts for dryness. After the parts are tested they are dipped in the silicate. Place into the oven to dry. Next they are unloaded to the correct assembly areas. I also box parts to go to the customer.
