I have experience in business and administration receptionist. I have developed many skills and I am always willing to learn new skills to improve my employment prospects. I believe working with other is a great way of learning new skills and expanding knowledge skills.

My main goals is to build strong career in business and administration which has potential to succeed increase in receptionist value and cleaning also in retail assistant or as a care giver support worker in future I would like to do a apprenticeship to gain more skills.

I have developed rapidly at this business I start of as a business administration assistant where my main role were to answer phone calls and checking purchase order invoices making orders and price checking and helping others around me i then developed and progressed to receptionist department where I learnt how to update invoices onto computer. I then also volunteered in taking out hours phone calls and dealing with issues out of business hours and sending instruction to engineer on stand by for a job . as an outcome I learnt many skills and gained valuable experience which I can adapt and apply to other work places.

I also started job at john Lewis in customer service role answering phone call arranging deliveries for the item to go out to customer correct address dealing with complaints and making notes and dealing with the issues like delivery not arrived on time or wrong item are arrived at wrong address like that issues printing delivery notes of and finding the item pon correct bay to be collect if not in correct place making sure they go in correct place of bay and I did this job only temporary job

I like work as retail assistant welcome customer and make customer enjoyed their shopping make customer feel welcome and always make the shop floor is clean and tidy I have experience in retail

However I am looking for a job that suite me is administration, receptionist, retail assistant on shop floor, or working hospital as a housekeeper or in gps doctors surgery, customer service call centres or in offices doing customer service as inbound dealing with complaints I am looking for a permanent job or part time job that to build my experience and learn new skills for future willing to learn new skill and take responsibilities.
