Following an amicable, albeit an unexpected exit from Auto Data Services below, an 18m return to Manheim to head the online auction and direct B2B wholesale operation, leading the transition from a UK operation historically based on physical auction, whilst introducing new online routes to market, to include an innovative ex lease car Driver Sales operation.

Automotive Data Services (ADS) Ltd: CEO Sep 2012 – Dec 2012

Within one month of appointment, owner Euro Car Parts Ltd announced its acquisition, to include ADS, by LKQ Inc. for £285m. The CEO role was terminated by LKQ and an exit agreed.

Car Park Valeting Ltd (Franchisor): Managing Director Sep 2006 – Dec 2012

Led the post-acquisition and transformation of debt-laden franchise group. Achieved two treble-digit profit performances of 195% and 204%, combined franchise agreement sales values of £18.53m, retail property lease and licence agreements to include supermarkets Waitrose and ASDA and FTSE 350 Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Savills, Morrison’s and Henderson, the removal of bank debt, repayment of shareholder loans and washing 1.3m customer cars per annum.

Manheim Remarketing: Director, General Manager & Sales June 1994 – Sep 2006

A career achieving six promotions from National Account Sales through to Operations Director, M&A Integration Projects and leading Europe’s largest car auction business. Key Achievements:
