1650 MW Co-Gen. Plants – Saudi Aramco 3rd party project – comprises nine GE 7FA and two 7EA Gas Turbines owned by ENGIE (60%) and local entity (40 %).

Key responsibilities:

Senior Electrical Engineer, Engineering

Fleet management – Placed at central office, Al-Khobar, KSA, look after 4 Power plants.

Working experience in Engineering department as a Senior Electrical Engineer for Technology updates, Condition Monitoring, reliability, life assessment, audits, plant modifications and planned & unplanned outages, GE CSA etc.

Hands on experience of testing of transformers/ 230 KV dead tank circuit breakers/ UR series GE Multiline relays during planned outage of the four power generation plants at Uthmaniyah, Shedgum, Rastanura and Juaymah Gas plants in the King dome of Saudi Arabia.

From November 1989 to September 2011 - Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd. (NFCL) – Kakinada, India.

Joined NFCL as Diploma Engineer Trainee in November 1989 and underwent training in Rashtria Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) Thane for a period of 8 months.

At NFCL, involved in ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING of Two streams of 900 MT of Ammonia Plants (Haldor Topsoe Ammonia Technology, USA) and two streams of 1500 MT of Urea Plants (Snamprogetti Urea technology, Italy). This equipment includes 132 KV In door substation, Co-Generation plant, Associated SWGR panels, Circuit breakers. I have worked with M/S DCL, Calcutta on behalf of NFCL during pre-commissioning activities of transformers and motors of Offsite plants of Fertilizer plant. I had been exposed to operation and maintenance of various electrical equipment. I have had hands on experience as a Shift In-charge for the total electrical system of Fertilizer plant; Worked as Section In-charge for four plants (Ammonia-ii and Urea-ii and bagging plant) and directly reported to department head.
