Doing static/Dynamic audit and reporting to global ford management.

Conducting Quality review meeting and tracking captured quality concerns with ICA and PCA actions and implementation of QA/QC standards.

Doing daily audit for squeak and rattle issues,by 4 poster road lab equipmet

Responsible for investigating,finding the root cause,solving al kinds of squeak rattle issues.

Doing road test for all the models in sample basis,in the highway.

Also doing daily sample audits-review/bench mark audits,parts approval and effect containment action and concern resolutions to avoid reoccurrence.
