trial attorney on seven criminal trials, conducting all phases of

litigation with 100% conviction rate. Produced over 200 written

opinions concerning ethics, labor, environmental, and fiscal law - one

of these opinions aided security forces in securing Taser guns for

their members and another allowed for better hours for staff and

children at the Child Development Center. Won a racial discrimination

case, saving the U.S. Air Force $60,000. Advised commanders and

supervisors on all aspects of labor and environmental law at Shriver

AFB, CO and Onizuka AS, CA; and on environmental law at Kaena Points

AS, HI and New Boston AS, NH.

Served as the sole labor attorney for a base with more than 2,000

federal employees, providing advice to commanders and supervisors in

all aspects of labor law. Litigated fifteen cases in EEOC and MSPB,

with a rapid dismissal of twelve cases on motion - thus saving the

U.S. Air Force significant time and money. Broke a stalemate on a

long-standing construction removal case, which led to a successful

defense of the case. Acted as trial counsel on a criminal case (court-

martial) and won. Provided litigation support for labor law

arbitrations and Federal District Court cases.
