Job Responsibility :

Structural designing for the various types of villa, showroom & buildings & get approval from Municipality

Civil related inspections as per specification, design and approved materials. (Ex.: Concrete, Reinforcement,

shuttering etc.)

Building estimation, material quantity arriving & Bill Checking.

Assist Contractor Engineer about design, drawing and document related works.

Prepare the estimation of building. Submit in municipality follow up for get approval.

Interaction with Clients, Co-ordination with Vendors and Contractors.

Review and approve the contractors proposal, concrete design mix, Material, ITP S, samples, method of

statements and shop drawings etc..,

Maintain continuous inspections of works @ site and issue the necessary remedial notes (NCR) for defected

works observed @ site.

Try to ensure full safety and better quality work at site.

Verification and maintain of records of materials supply by client.

Attend fortnight meeting with contractor to achieve target completion of project in all aspect of quality and

safety.

Providing technical leadership on all civil related activities for the project and maintain civil

standard specifications.
