Negotiate Purchase Order Price, Delivery Terms, LD’s and Terms & Conditions of Sale. Burner Test Engineer (~ Two Years)

Perform burner checkout, check and verify the process and mechanical design, dimensions, and Combustion Test Procedures, assist in setup of the test furnace to specific Burner/Heater Operating conditions. Determine simulated test fuels, furnace temperatures and Flue Gas requirements including Nox, CO emission calculations and Excess Air. Coordinate and run pre- tests and run Customer Demonstration tests with the assistance of a Test Technician.

Trouble Shoot possible reasons the Burner is performing per the specifications and Modify Burner Design (if required) to meet customer specifications, heat release, Excess Air, Air Pressure Drop

(draft), Gas tip drillings, Fuel Pressure and NOX, CO Emissions.

Prepare detailed Test Report for customer, including Objective and Description and results of the Burner Performance Test and each Test Point.
