Work history: I began my career with SMC as a customer service representative and shortly there after I was given the task of handling customer claims. I was then promoted to customer service supervisor where I had the responsibility of supervising ten employees.

From Customer Service supervisor I was promoted to West Coast Distribution Manager where I managed eight employees. The distribution center was down sized to a Regional Distribution Center where I again managed eight employees. While managing the RDC, my team and I were able to become the top RDC in the United States with a 98% on time to customer request as well as gaining the confidence of our sales force. The RDC was then moved to Livermore CA. I was then given the Regional Inventory Control position where I maintained the proper levels of inventory to support the West Region. From RICC I was promoted to LA Factory Inventory Manager where I managed all inventory at the facility with a team of ten employees.

The factory inventory was then split into three groups. I managed the finished goods group.
