9 Scrutinizing SLD, sending RFQ’s to supplier, offer evaluation, tender compliance / deviation statement preparation, full cost model preparation, risk review process initiation & participation, bid consolidation & submission. 9 Maintaining Tendering Database for back tracking of offers, conducting reviews and business models for achieving targets. 9 As a catalyst for SALES, providing all technical input from the offer’s, for discussion and order finalization. 9 Managing the offer preparation of all technical (e.g. defining the most suitable technology and product type(s)), financial (e.g. total price sheet, cash flow analysis) and if necessary project management (e.g. quantifies hours of engineering and commissioning) aspects of the bid /estimate/quotation indicating prices and trading conditions.

9 Identifying sub-contractors / sub suppliers / proposing cost effective solution, to create a win-win situation. 9 Working in team environment, exchanging of views, raising flags on risk situation. 9 Risk Review – Initiate Risk Review process, Participate and contribute in Tender Risk review process.
