Various jobs in in customer service as a customer service advisor and Stewarding and Security jobs 06/2015-09/2015 Inmarsat Internship

Working as an intern at Inmarsat Training Academy. The main task were to provide (technical) training material/content (e.g. video, audio, PowerPoint presentation, etc.) for Inmarsat employees, distributing partners and customers with the help of software such as Camtasia among others. My contribution was the creation of training material such as "The Space Industry" in which I helped colleagues, customers understand the importance of the space industry to Inmarsat's products and services and as a company as a whole. The second part of the internship I worked with the Global Government division where I performed market analysis on the following 2 projects:

1. Completion of a global analysis of Naval, Coastguard and Marine Police vessels. 2. Creation of an industry analysis of the Autonomous Surface Vessel sector (the marine equivalent of Drones/UAVs).

Working on those projects I helped Inmarsat's Global Government division understand better the market they are working in, the market share they already have and other markets Inmarsat can target which previously were not sought after or the right products and services were missing. 05/2013-09/2014 CSP Ltd
