The St. Joe Company (Real Estate)

Vice President – Sales (2012-2015)

• Managed a diverse portfolio of Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural real estate in Atlanta, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, and Northwest Florida

• Performed market analyses for Residential, Commercial, and Rural Land segments and ensured product pricing remained on the leading edge in each market

• Oversaw lease-up activities of retail leasing consultants for Pier Park North (360,000 SF) in Panama City Beach; lease-up exceeded projections in terms of time and pricing
