Key Achievements & Deliverables

Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the Company’s over all development plan. Managing complete HR/Admin activities of the company from its corporate office in Delhi, including Recruitment, Training and Development, Manpower Planning, Maintenance of personnel dossiers; besides taking care of Office Administration, Facility Management, etc.

Formulated various policies so as to make the entire gamut go in a uniform and desired manner, e.g., Leave Policies, S.O.P. (Standard Operating Procedure), etc.

Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and co-ordinating it with other line managers.

Developing and implementing disciplinary policies for employee and students and employee/students welfare policy.

Prepare confidential and sensitive documents. Coordinates office management activities. Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.

Provide help in manpower planning and to process the recruitment for various departments.

Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms. Arrange new meetings.

Obtained voluntary retirement from the I.A.F. on 28th February 2014, on completion of 20 years’ terms of initial engagement where got trained for one year at A.T.I. Sambra (Belgaum) for Administrative duties in the I.A.F.

Induction, Training, Performance Management & Welfare of Personnel, Upkeep/Maintenance of records of Personnel, Career Planning, Disciplinary matters and Hygiene of men including their families. Strong drive for optimum utilisation of 3Ms of the Management (Men, Machine & Material) Office Automation & Management and interaction with Civil/Govt. authorities.

Extensive HR, Administrative & Supervisory experience in handling independently with regard to the Office Administration, Manpower Management, Accounting and Maintenance of Stores, etc. Assuring office is neat and stocked with necessary tools for functionality.
