Editor, Writer, Producer of Original Content, Quality Control

• A streaming multi-media service based in Philadelphia; like a genre specific Hulu or Netflix, with a half-dozen sites and services for individual genre.

• Editing films. Adding all stars, themes, chapter breakdowns, writing descriptions where needed, etc. for optimal search efficiency.

• One of several writers maintaining multiple blogs for each website. Articles are due each week under strict deadlines, written using Markdown, averaging around 1,500 words. I currently have 35+ articles and reviews published via these blogs, all of which were always among the most read in the company.

• Scripting, producing, and directing original content. My first video (an interview with a local viral celebrity) achieved over 40k views, and was personally responsible for landing the star on the television show Tosh.0. My second video, a parody Christmas advertisement for one of our sites, received over 20k views. My most recent, a Superbowl themed advertisement, received over 10k views.

• Quality control. Each film uploaded had to be inspected after it was encoded and uploaded for technical issues, content restrictions, copyright issues, etc.

Altomare Precast January 2014 – December 2014

Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant to Owner

• A concrete company based in the East Falls section of Philadelphia, specializing in sewer and drainage units.

• Responsible for processing of invoices (in both purchases and services rendered), maintaining them in PeachTree accounting software, and then hardfiling them in accounts payable/receivable. Also responsible for contacting companies regarding past due invoices.

• Occasional work putting together pricing estimates; determining the size, quantity, and cost of the structures needed via submitted schematics by contractors.

• Personal assistant to the owner of the company, an elderly man with failing sight. This would consist of making calls for him (he had another receptionist, which is why I hesitate to refer to myself as such), reading spreadsheets to him during those calls, and personally assisting him as a driver and companion on business meetings.

General intern/assistant

• The largest independent record label in the country, based in Upper Darby, PA, specializing in hard rock and heavy metal music. (Independent as in, “independent of the major conglomerate owned record companies”)

• Processing shipping orders from our merchandise store.

• Social media manager; responsible for frequent updates of the Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts of our 80+ artists.

• Maintaining our warehouse, and assuring it remained in stock by monitoring supplies and contacting production departments when necessary.

Lucky Bastards Films November 2007 – June 2015

Writer, Composer, Producer

• Independent film company based in Philadelphia, which produces various media projects (feature length films, advertisements, television pilots, and documentaries).

• Responsible for conceiving projects, writing dialogue, plots, and scripts.

• Composed the soundtracks for several of the feature length films.

• Responsible for obtaining shooting permits and working with local governments and properties in order to obtain locations for filming.

• Responsible for contacting local business for catering, promotion, and fundraising services.

• Films have gone on to win multiple awards at various film festivals, and our most recent television pilot, “Green Piece”, is being considered as a series for multiple channels such as Comedy Central, Seeso, and Hulu.
