Family Dollar Stores, Inc - Matthews, NC - 2014 to Present Implemented Exterior LED lighting design saving over $1.4m in material, labor and energy costs annually

Saved over $70k annually in energy costs while initiating new lighting ballast rollout

Maintain prototype design and prototype plan implementation working closely with the VP of Store Planning and their Team on design parameters

Reduced energy by 15% and maintenance trips by 25% with the development and implementation of an entirely LED prototype design including sales floor illumination, exterior signage and exterior parking lot

Manage all contract obligations and contracts for the construction department

Appointed corporate liaison for sustainability initiatives and created interdepartmental Sustainability Team
