EXPERIENCE:

09/15 - Present Shop Foreman, Kelly Tractor, West Palm Beach, FL

Supervise and manage 21 shop technicians and 2 customer service

representatives. Daily duties include; open and close work orders, order

parts, approve technicians' time daily for payroll, submit warranty claims

to the warranty department, interact with customers, prepare and submit

customer repair estimates. Assign jobs to technicians based on complexity

and time constraints. Monitor time and parts on all jobs to ensure

customers are charged fairly and accurately. Inspect all company rental

return equipment for customer rental damage. Utilize various Caterpillar

databases; daily to gather information pertaining to repairs and product

support updates.

06/07 - 04/15 Equipment and Safety Manager, COPART, Inc, Dallas, TX.

Responsible for overseeing repairs, maintenance and parts for a fleet of

135 wheel loaders, Volvo L90 and Caterpillar 938K. Ensured that all repairs

were done with-in Volvo and Caterpillar specifications. Conduct OSHA, EPA,

and EHS compliance inspections / audits at 33 facilities throughout the

southeast region. Wrote company safety policies IAW with OSHA standards.

Proof read accident reports, looked into root causes of all accidents in my

region. Meet with Volvo and Caterpillar dealers on a consistent basis to

ensure COPART standards are met and adhered to and to ensure pricing and

invoices are correct. Routinely submitted repairs to Volvo and Caterpillar

for warranty consideration. I was routinely in contact with Volvo and

Caterpillar dealers about repairs in progress and repairs to be scheduled.

Read and interpreted oil samples daily. Established preventative

Managed and performed maintenance on a fleet of 21 over the road MACK

trucks, 60 trailers, 8 forklifts, 6 concrete mixer trucks and 5 wheel

loaders. Managed 5 mechanics, 1 welder and 1 office clerk. Ensured vehicles

were serviced at the correct interval. Inspected vehicles to ensure proper

diagnosis and right parts were ordered. Performed and supervised DOT

inspections on trucks and trailers. Managed parts inventory for all

vehicles in the fleet. Interacted with drivers on a daily basis to ensure
