Prior to my stint with the banking services industry, I created a career with the Automotive Industry specifically in Parts Management. After college, I joined Delta Motor Sales Corp. in 1988, then the authorized distributor and dealer of Toyota Cars and Genuine Parts, I was with Parts Department as Parts Inventory Controller.

After 2 years, Toyota Shaw, Inc. opened its car dealership and acquired me in 1990 as Parts Inventory Controller. After 1 year of operation, Toyota Shaw, Inc. was awarded the Parts Dealer of the Year.

In 1992 Toyota Cubao, Inc. acquired me as Parts Inventory Controller. After 1 year of my stint with TCI, we bagged the Parts Dealer of the Year Award which was part of my contract to join TCI.

I was then acquired by Honda Cars Makati, Inc., in 1994 as Parts Manager. After 1 year at the helm of Parts Department, we bagged the Parts Dealer of the Year for 3 consecutive years from 1995 to 1997 and was awarded No.1 in Parts Sales in 1998.

In 1998, while posted as Parts Manager of Honda Cars Makati, Inc., I was given the task to prepare a business plan to establish the Central Purchasing Department for the HCMI Dealership Group. With the primary task to handle the group’s procurement and materials management requirements, as such, succeeded to start operations in the 1999 and still operating at present.

Come 2000, SMSI-CTB SPEEDCOLLECT acquired me as Head of Operations, Outsource Collection Services for Citibank N.A. It operations cover nationwide corporate collection services for the Top 1000 corporate clients of Citibank-Cash Managements Services.

Given the task to immediately effect improvements in service efficiency and quality, strategically initiated operations re-engineering to rationalize existing processes and effected enhancements. Introduced best-practices in collection processes and supported by a customized operations monitoring and control systems, the enabling tool effecting the intended service improvements and output sustainable.

On October 2005, INTECH was established, at the forefront with the initially service offering the Outsource Collection Service, the company’s core-business. Immediately after the company’s conception, by the 1st quarter of 2006, INTECH was able to pen service contracts with UBP, BDO and HSBC, all within 12 months of INTECH’s start of operation.

Presently, as head of Sales and Business Development, created and developed INTECH’s various outsource service offerings. The said services are specifically customized to cater the outsource service requirements of the company’s client-banks’ Cash Management Services and Central Processing Services business units.

Integrated Technology and Process Solutions, Inc. or INTECH was primarily established to fit a collection and messengerial need and meet a challenge. The need is for users to have a proof of delivery for their billing invoices or statement of accounts and the ability to use this information real time to schedule actual collection of checks payments. This will be followed by a collection report and collection visit report.

For so long, these companies have had to accept losses in interest charges, reprinting and redelivery merely because of inadequate information. INTECH seeks to remedy this situation by integrating processes and systems to its operation and allow transmission of information to the users for their reference real time.

The challenge is to afford this level of service at cost close to the current pricing offered by existing collection and messengerial services.
