my duties involved me holding responsibility to open and close the takeaway ensuring all CCTV cameras were on and recording before safely leaving at the end of my shift. On a daily basis I dealt with many customers over the phone and in person and could communicate in 3 different languages. I was in charge off economical finance of the shop single handed handling money from sales was in the till before locking up, showing im trustworthy. I was also in charge of stock that came in, and I made sure I provided and supported my team with everything we needed.

Mad About Pizazz Takeaway (2008-2010):

Organised and hosted media calls to address quarterly financial results. Coached management on communication tactics with staff and customers regarding organisation changes. Duties included; Stock taking, Serving customers, Taking phone orders and Delivering Food
