Responsible for Kroger Print Services as the onsite manager providing fulfillment of promotional graphics to 2500 stores weekly. Supervised two Navigators and 1 PPS (Print Procurement Specialist). $15MM annual revenue thru Weekly store signage kits and Kroger Personal Finance Programs. Reported directly to the Senior Manager of Kroger Print Services.

Managed portal activities for $950K annual e-commerce platform program thru Epro via Ariba. Directed carrying inventory agreement, Master Catalog updates and resolution of e-hold scenarios.

Managed Navigator activities associated with matrix management, estimating, art file accuracy and scheduling with 2 regional facilities servicing 2500 stores on a weekly basis. Activities included quality process management and root cause analysis, documentation of SOP’s associated with kit logistics and movement both direct to store and to distribution centers.

Managed subcontracting of projects that internal production could not meet pricing or delivery requirements

Projects included long lead time items and last minute element additions.

Developed Enhanced Quality Metrics and established tracking mechanics within the production facilities. Directly accountable to the Quality Assurance Manager at Kroger to implement improvement processes and issue resolution.

Recruited and relocated to establish a formal contracted network of external suppliers to provide complimentary printed products and ASI items to an expanded new client base.

In the last 12 months, the contracted partner network provided $44M in new sales, leveraged wholesale pricing, and additional rebates of $800K in EBIDTA contributions on $180M total sales.

Developed and initiated a Quality Supplier Audit Program to ensure standardization of processes, procedures and client expectations. Supply chain team provided $8.5M in cost savings during that same timeframe.
