Analyzed blueprints, drawings, work orders and applied proper welding procedures to meet engineering specifications. Efficiently used gas metal arc welding and submerged arc welding to meet welder worksheet specifications. Applied GMAW procedures to final weld out and nozzle weld out. Applied SAW processes to bolster weld out. Held position of back up lead man, performing all duties necessary to ensure production quotas are met. As a member of the safety committee, performed weekly safety audits and observations to help maintain a safe work environment.
07/2013 to 04/2014 Lead Welder/ Lead Fabricator, Pelco Products Inc- Edmond, OK
Held the title of Lead Welder/ Fabricator, safety team member and backup team leader. Responsible for fabricating and building a range of finished street light and products, from pole clamps to stop light poles and arms. Overseen all fabrication processes, from running a CNC break press to hand crafting material into parts needed. Responsible for applying proper welding procedures for final weld out of all street light poles and arms. As member of the safety team, we preformed monthly audits of tools and work procedures to insure safest work environment possible.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Won a state championship for the Dover Longhorns in 2005. Two consecutive state titles for American Legion Post 6, out of Enid Oklahoma. Received Scholarships from both the WOSC Pioneers and the USAO Drovers. Two consecutive appearances in the NJCAA world series for the WOSC Pioneers. Proud alumni of the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. In 2015 as a member of the safety committee, we helped Trinity Industries Plant 18 receive its first SET certification for its excellence in safety.
