Customer Service Rep– Alorica –July ’13 – August ‘13 – Call center customer care representative for Verizon customers. Completed the 5 week training course, but had to leave due to scheduling problems for school; I was given the eligibility by the trainer to return in the future if I ever thought about working for them again.

Clerical– Beulah Heights University – Jun ’12-July ‘13 – Financial Aid Specialist Assistant – started as work study student in June and was promoted to part time in December. Responsibilities included processing students paperwork for the award letter procedure, assisting students with their paperwork, keeping track of paperwork coming into the office with an excel spreadsheet, answering phones and assisting the Financial Aid Staff. Have worked independently with minimum supervision on the SSCR and assisted Director with the FISAP report, assisted in tracking students GPA to determine status of probation and suspended students. Assisted in the upgrade of FA to automated system, generated letters going out to students for information and instruction purposes. Assist the Business Office and Financial Aid office to ensure that students’ disbursements are done in a proper time frame.

Mechanical– Think Resources – Jan ’11-Feb ‘11 - Autocad Design Drafter – responsible for cleaning up existing and creating new AutoCAD documentation for large industrial manufacturing equipment with primary to revise existing engineering drawings so they can be used for sales materials and customer proposals. Temp to hire ended due to work load.

GIS - Infotech – Sept ’10-Dec ‘10 - Cadd Technician – Responsible for daily data services production. Data production will incorporate a variety of assignments centering upon posting work order and other client provided data to Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Specific role to interpret and update client provided data to GIS. Specific skills will include the ability to interpret project specifications and customer provided data including work orders, design sketches, maps and other end state documents.

Civil - William Floyd & Company, LLC - Nov’07-Dec’08 - Senior Cadd Technician – LDD 2006, residential and commercial design. Road design & profiles, storm/sanitary profiles, water layout, Process & Instrumentation Diagrams for Wastewater treatment plant layouts, and office manager duties as assigned by Mr. Floyd. Additional responsibility was to assist the department manager in developing drawing standards and procedures.

Civil - Sirron Group Engineering – Aerotek (temp to perm position) - June’07-Nov’07 - Sr. Cadd Technician – LDD 2006, Residential design. Road profiles, storm drainage layout and profiles, sewer layout and profiles, property layout, and standard development. Cadd assistance to lead designer and Engineer. Engineering department was shut down and company closed.

Civil - Tensar International, Atlanta, Ga. – Kelly Services (temp to perm position) - Mar’07-June’07 Cadd Technician – Basic Autocad work – Mechanically Stabilized wall design. Using VBA programs. Job ending due to a lack in workload.

Civil - Core States Engineering, Duluth, Ga. - Mar’04-July’06 - Cadd Technician – Petroleum and store surveying. Using LDD3 and Civil Design to do drafting and light grading of fuel center installations for Krogers, Cumberland Farms Inc., and others. Developed drawing standards, assisted in training of CAD operators, both entry level and EITs, and drew surveys for store inventories for Circle K. Was hired after working a 3 month contract from December 2003 to March 2004.

Civil - Selectek, Alpharetta - Temp to Perm with Arcadis, Atlanta, Ga. - Aug ’03-Dec’03 - Civil Drafter/Design for Land Resources Department. Site plans, erosion control, preliminary plats. Project set up, assist in standard development, profiles, some volume calculations, and some grading.

Environmental - Cad Operator, Williams Environmental Services, Inc., Stone Mtn, Ga. - Jan ’03-Mar ’03 Perform all CAD duties for environmental services group. Temp to perm position ended due to financing.

June’01-Dec’03 - Left Atlanta to go back to Knoxville to care for mother and grandmother. Mother passed November 2001, traveled between Atlanta and Knoxville until grandmother passed in December 2003. Did contract work for Geosyntec and temp assignments

Civil - Senior Cad Technician, Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia. - Dec ’95 – June ’01 - Produce quality design drawings, working and interacting with project engineers to complete assigned work within time schedule and budget. Skilled using Softdesk 8 and AutoCad 2000 (LDD) to create tin files, run volumes, cut sections, profiles, produce quality 3D design drawings, and conversion of Microstation and Autocad drawings. Assisted in creation and familiarizing new personnel to cadd menu standards and keeping automated menu files updated when required. Responsible for ordering supplies and maintenance schedules for all copying equipment. Worked from June 2001 – December 2002 as a contractor.
