Resolve field and customer claims.

Receive and communicate claim issues with customers and other affected departments.

Track response timing of 3D and closure of 8D.

Recommend and implement corrective and preventative action.

Review manufacturing methods to improve quality. Measure parts against drawing using smart scope.

Identify, document and certify all poka-yokes for new product launches as per timing given by program management.

Perform first time capability analysis on equipment and processes before they are released to the production floor.

Apply the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle during the development stage (concept, design, pre production).
