Served as the primary trusted adviser to corporate upper management, supporting business/IT solution discovery, service management, risk management, relationship management presenting manufacturing plant needs into the corporate PMO pipeline process.

Effectively presented to the Corporate Portfolio Management Office, (PMO) a high level market review for a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). IT Project Manager of the CMMS implementation at the Nogales Mexican manufacturing facility with a second location in Reynosa, Mexico, in feasibility phase.

Successfully presented to the Corporate PMO InfinityQS the Statistical Process Control System at the Reynosa Mexico location.

Successfully advocated on behalf of the three Mexican manufacturing plants for ITS resources to support the Mexico Fiscal Compliance Requirement of 2015. (Annex 24 – Accounting Electronic Filing) IT Infrastructure, Mexican Accounting Software package and ERP custom report development requests were achieved to accommodate compliance.

During a 2010 ITS transition, successfully managed a remote application developer in accordance to corporate SDLC standards and practices. T-SYS, the Employee Training System interfaced with Tress, the Mexican Human Resource system as well as Master Control, Bard’s Product Data Management System and was rolled out at all three Mexican Manufacturing facilities to support over 8,000+ direct laborers.

Managed a full staff Data Center with FDA compliance and ERP SDLC support. During this tenure the plant won “Bard Plant of the Year” more times than not.

Implemented international data circuit to establish direct dial #’s to the Mexican manufacturing plant.

Lead lean initiatives to reduce physical inventory disruption through ERP customizations all the way through software validation.

Reduced Work Order fulfillment by 24 hours per W.O. through ERP customizations.

Production Scheduling Lean Initiatives were supported through custom ERP development.

Successfully built business cases to aligned Data Center and plant IT infrastructure to corporate standards.
