WORK EXPERIENCE

Sales / Marketing / Marine Operation Executive Shipping Documentation Executive – World Management International, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E - Since November 2010 to date Assigned duties:

Marine Operation:

1. Preparing CPA for time charter. (specially Bimco89 for tug and barges). 2. Update and maintain all certificates and documents of crew of tugs and barges. 3. Calculation of mobilization and demobilization cost of vessels. 4. Prepare Offers for tugs and barges on time charter basis. 5. Voyage analysis (at the completion of each voyage). 6. Traceability of each company vessels position, activities and operational status. 7. Preparation of operation department's circulars. 8. Keeps records of near misses, non-conformities and incidents. 9. Asst. for the vessel operational matters.

10. Asst. operational efficiency of company vessels. 11. Payroll and overtime, Process allowance claims. 12. Active Participation in management review meetings & Board meeting presentation. 13. Sends updated charts, notices to mariners and nautical publications to vessels. 14. Perform any other additional duties that may be required. 15. Activities sending out and receiving mails, including assisting with all aspects of administrative management, Logistics, providing all general services in ports ... etc. 16. Take initiative in manager's absence; maintain workflow, managing Increase client base and maintain existing clients.

Import/Export operation

1. Handling entire import / export part and transportation. 2. Market & product researches

3. Banking – L/C opening, Banking Guarantee and entire bank involvement related to the Import & Export.

4. Handling Port & Customs matters.

5. Handling all Shipping Documentation.

6. Handle promotion program of Company products to strengthen up the customer base and increasing the sales

7. Handling purchase of all commodities and packing materials, Corresponding with buyers and promoting the products of the company to the world market. 8. Handling the potential suppliers for company products. 9. Maintaining the quality of exporting products that is required by buyers.
