Designed and developed Human Capital Insights dashboard. Working with head of HR and the HR Leadership Team, defined and gained agreement on an overarching Human Capital framework. Worked with team to develop an automated version using Tableau which enables the ELT, HRLT and specific leaders across the globe a foundation for human capital management.
