Used Primavera 6 to track all forecasts to projects and used to adjust short and long term project goals to meet the prerequisite and ensure that production was accomplished on time.

Projects were kept on track and 5% under budget while resolving external agency concerns, satisfying

evolving user requirements, and working with compressed multiple agency and employee schedules.

Using Primavera 6 was able to design a project and daily operations tracking system to eliminate dual efforts and time wasted correlating reports.
