Documents information of scheduling and cancellation of patient appointments by entering information into a computer database system using applicable programs

Assists team members in collection of and contributes to information to aid in planning and evaluating quality patient care

Submit complete, legible notes within a required time frame

Follows any specific guidelines issued by patient’s nurse for variances in patient’s condition

Acts as a Patient Advocate

Works closely with professional staff to request as required for day to day patient care

Maintain census logs to determine length of patient visit time
