Duties include:
Working on Caterpillar components such as; Engines, Transmission, Torque Converter, Hydraulic Cylinders, pumps and motors, final drives, brakes and steering, differentials, Axles, etc.
Working with Caterpillar machines such as; Bulldozers, wheel loaders, hydraulic Excavators, dump trucks, motor graders, wheel dozers, compactors etc.
Period: 2008 – 2016
Company: MANTRAC Ghana Ltd.(Caterpillar Dealer)

Checking of pressures and adjustments
Repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of Engines,Drive trains and Hydraulic problems.
Assembly and disassembling units and inspecting parts for wear by using calipers, micrometers and thickness gauges as per service manual or SIS
Removing units like engines,transmission, torque converters
Planning work procedure by using technical manuals or SIS
