Responsible for maintaining USA Triathlon National Rankings of approximately 45,000 athletes and 4,500 All-American athletes
Post all results from over 3,500 sanctioned races and ensure accuracy in scoring
Address athletes’ questions and concerns regarding individual ranking and qualification status for national championships
Provide exceptional customer service to members’ questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism via phone, in person, and in writing
Direct and assist with pre-event registration and on site packet pick-up for USA Triathlon owned national championships
Manage pre-event planning and on-site execution of national championship award ceremonies, including coordinating all A/V, food and beverage, and set-up requirements with host venue
Train, motivate, and manage volunteers for all registration and finish line positions at USA Triathlon owned national championships
Create and track repots reports regarding membership consistency, distance travelled for events, year-over-year race participation, and more
