with equipment and do not interfere with electrical and civil systems.

Mr. Palomar as lead mechanical designer is responsible for the mechanical 3D electronic models and files. During the course of the project development he will conduct customer 3D presentations for customer input and approval. During the construction phase he is responsible for providing 3D models to the field for construction labor. At the end of mechanical construction phase Mr. Palomar is responsible for the customer as-installed documentation and electronic files.

Designer:

Mr. Palomar’s primary purpose as designer is to initiate and coordinate engineering plans, cost estimates, specifications, calculations, designs,

sketches and drawings into final form for efficient completion of assigned power plant projects with regard for accuracy, economics, aesthetics, public relations, safety, and applicable codes/regulations. He initiates and coordinates procurement of material and internal/external construction labor. He performs drafting and provides guidance to other drafters for completion of drawings.

Civil:

Mr. Palomar started working for Public Service Company of Colorado at the Comanche SEGS unit two construction QC/QA on site testing lab in 1973. Mr. Palomar’s primary purpose was QC inspection and non-destructive testing. Mr. Palomar at the end of startup actives for Unit 2, moved to the Structural and Civil Department in Denver. Mr. Palomar worked on a various sub-stations and power plant projects from 1976 to 1985, providing civil and structural drafting and design on foundation and structural steel. Mr. Palomar in 1985 moved from civil to mechanical engineering where his primary purpose was to perform drafting and design on power plant mechanical projects. From 1987 to 1990 Mr. Palomar transitioned to project coordination (see page 6).
