Kilimanjaro Consulting – 2014 – present – Providing solutions in contract management for large and small business focusing on negotiations, cost and price analysis, contract terms and conditions, risk management for contract strategy, contract formation and contract management and administration;

JGC – Contract Manager - 2013 – 2014 – Responsible for development, administration and release of RFP for $1 billion module fabrication for two train LNG construction with a estimated value of $10-15 billion EPC project. Reviewed and revised all language in scope of work, HSE, Quality, Loadout, SPMT, Seafastening, Pre-commissioning, Commercial terms, scope of supply and all other exhibits, attachments and appendix in RFP. Responsible for coordination with Calgary Office Center and Houston Office Center for all RFP final revisions; Reconstructed and reorganized method of measurement for BOM and BOQ from inch diameter to linear meters converting to Ryder Hunt Methods of Measurement requiring unit rates and lump sum methodology using schedules to comprise all areas of work. Evaluated, compiled and disseminated contractual requirements of prime contract for inclusion in module fabrication RFP to ensure compliance with flow down language obligations; Project is presently indefinite delayed awaiting final investment decision.

Bechtel Oil Gas and Chemicals – Contract Manager –2012 –2013 - Managing and administering subcontracts supporting the construction of a $20 billion 3 train LNG Plant in western Australia. My responsibilities were management and administration of three projects with a total contract value of approx $500 million chairing weekly progress meeting minutes, technical/commercial issues, invoicing and all daily activities of these projects.

PriceWaterhouseCooper, Capitol Projects Contract Manager - 2010-2012 -Review, strategic planning, restructure, develop and negotiate commercial contractual language in terms and conditions for all electrical substations and transmission line construction both greenfield and brownfield contracts. Examine and implemented strategy for acquisition/risk management; award, compliance with FERC and NERC, administer and manage all power distribution and all supporting contracts for the Vermont Electric Power Company engagement, with contract value of $10~100 million.
