Led engineering efforts and achieved power plant energy production in only six months after issuance of building permit by developing and executing an effective, compressed construction schedule. Significantly increased project profit margin by implementing a build-to-sell strategy.

• Led execution of interconnection agreements between Southern California Edison (SCE) and Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) for delivering solar / renewable sources of electricity to the power grid achieving reduction in carbon footprint. Completed the project on-time and below budget; directing negotiations with an investor for selling the power plant that increased the profits margin by 6%.

• Guided development of energy conservation and renewable energy projects such as photovoltaic power plants and wastewater facilities. Assisted in developing businesses, handling client relationships, providing supervision to engineers and construction managers, creating internal risk reviewed packages, and managing consultants, project financials, progress and schedules.

• Formulated accurate and detailed project proposals, 66% of which went into production by Chevron or were paid for by the client. The projects generated revenues of approximately $42 million per year. WASTEWATER:

• Orchestrated multiple, simultaneous wastewater construction projects for treatment facility expansions; (more than $250 million in estimated construction costs).

• Completed 19 wastewater projects on-time and within budget, of which 5 were high-profile projects.

• Played a key role in saving significant costs and eliminating process downtime for a wastewater project by implementing comprehensive procedures; effectively managing the mechanical aspects of construction.

• Implemented a conceptual design to increase methane gas production at a wastewater treatment facility. The methane gas, after going through cleaning process was used to power large capacity fuel-cells.

• Increased construction productivity by organizing and training specialty crews on pipe and wastewater treatment equipment installation, and developing standardized and detailed equipment part lists.

• Delivered all wastewater (and solar renewable) projects on-time and under budget. DOMINIK NADOLSKI, P.E., LEED AP Page 2 of 2
