Most Recent Highlights

During her most recent five-year tenure as a Management Consultant to the Federal Government, Ms. Reid was a recent member of the Supplemental Claims Audit Review team. In addition, during her tenure on the Post Claims Audit Review team at Walker & Company, HUD executives requested Reid serve as the Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM’s) Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a major business unit project to automate HUD’s HECM program. As the Team Lead of the Claims Business Requirement and Design Group, she lead instructional discussions that required daily interaction with high level HUD personnel for almost a year. Reid was also recommended and served as the HECM Quality Assurance Senior Management Consultant for Verdi Consulting, LLC, the firm that won the subsequent HECM contract. Due to her exceptional analysis skill set, she performed numerous SBA 7(A) Lender Risk Based Reviews that included a review of risk rating systems, policy and procedures, internal controls, liquidations/collections, guaranty purchase, and loan loss reserve and included several SBA 504 Lender Reviews at Fuentes-Fernandez LLC.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to becoming a government contractor, Reid had an exceptional career in banking and real estate moving quickly through the ranks, from a Management Trainee to an Assistant VP/Loan Officer in less than a year at the First National Bank of Commerce in New Orleans. In addition, she was instrumental in successfully executing several high profile special projects at the request of the Senior Executives at the National Bank of Washington in DC. As a Commercial Real Estate associate, Reid was responsible for preliminary decisions and analysis of office buildings, shopping centers, and multi-family apartment complexes with asset values ranging from $25 to $60 million.
