Having been a spec builder / developer I know how important customer service is as well as P&L’s and Balance Sheets are. After reading the job description I’m confident that I possess 90% of the knowledge for this position and 100% of experience. I am proficient at reading plans and I’m proficient in Microsoft project, excel, word as well as Build-Pro, Build Tools, and several accounting software programs. I am very much a glass half full person, I enjoy new challenges.
