-Hydraulic and pneumatic repair and installation

Estimating/Project Management:

-Oversee project from beginning to end working with the customer on job status, issues and or change orders, worked with all areas including shop, engineers, designers, accounting, third party inspectors and field crew to ensure schedules are met and job stays within budget.

-Oversee OSHA and customer safety requirements

-Evaluation of product and material as needed foreign and domestic to insure accurate pricing and quality of product for competitive bid

-Estimate jobs ranging from $35K to $14 million with worldwide destinations

-Verify with quality control all MTR’s for customer specifications

Control Wiring:

-Honeywell, Flame safety, Fireye safety

-Programming of temperature controllers for boilers and furnaces to operate at maximum efficiency

-Ability to synchronize controllers and PLC for maximum efficiency

-Custom design schematics per customer specifications

-Control panel wiring for heat treat furnaces also custom design

-Ability to run conduit and wiring for heat treat furnaces and oil heaters
