Assisted in new employee orientation training and annual training ensuring all new employees are aware of M+W Group’s Site Specific Environmental Health and Safety Plan.
Safety Inspections. Conducted periodic safety and health walk-through inspections of all workplace facilities ensuring that federal, state and local laws, regulations, and M+W Group Site Specifics were being followed. Identified hazards, coordinate the implementation of controls and measured and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system.
Maintained required safety and health documents/files, including: training records, job hazard analyses, safety data sheets, all mobile lifts (forklifts, boom lifts, aerial lifts, scissor lifts) brought onto site, Sub-contractors Scorecards, and scanning and uploading all Toolbox Talks and Pre-Task Planning onto Client’s internal network.
Conducted incident/injury investigation to determine the cause of the incident, also to help determine whether the employees involved were following established safety policies or government safety regulations. Reported findings to supervisor and implement corrective/preventative actions to prevent incident from reoccurring.
Case managed all incidents from time of incident to closure. Including sending out initial incident notification to corporate and client and ensuring all corrective/preventative actions were closed out upon completion of investigation report. Intel CH8 – M+W Group US Company / Chandler, Arizona August 2012 – March 2014 EHS Admin for Base Build and Tool Install
Collecting and imputing man hours per OCIP and input into Intel Corporation’s CWS site.
Followed up on processing and verification of OCIP for all levels/layers of subcontractors.
Maintained and kept database up-to-date on all incidents/accidents investigations and/or near miss reports
Responsible for training, organizing and managing new hire orientation, fatality prevention training, Incident and Injury Free training, JHA and all subcontractors SDSs.
Daily duties include but are not limited to the conducting weekly safety inspections/audits to help ensure a safe and healthy work environment, following OSHA 1910 and 1926 and EPA regulations, including weekly environmental audits, badging (activating, terminating, renewals, transferring and/or solving an issues with the badge), managing the Buddy Program, disciplinary action.
Maintaining hazardous waste yard; making sure yard stayed in compliance with EPA/Intel regulations.

Conducted daily safety and health audits on all three Scottsdale Healthcare campuses (Osborn, Shea and Thompson Peak) making sure all areas were in compliance with regulatory statues and standards. Oversaw all construction projects on Scottsdale Healthcare campuses including retrofitting and renovation.
