CUNA (Credit Union National Association) Mutual Group is a mutual insurance company that provides financial services to cooperatives, credit unions, their members, & other customers worldwide. The Madison, Wisconsin-based company also provides auto, home, life and loan protection products to credit union members through its TruStage brand.

The Verint Data Project will provide the Operations Department more flexibility in reporting on both Survey and QA metrics for the contact centers and management. Worked on various projects in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Extensively involved in all the phases of Project life cycle right from Requirements Gathering to Testing etc.

The scope of this project is to automate the process for reconcile the merchant accounts by introducing the informatica and eliminate the manual process. This will minimize the manual efforts, the man hours in processing the accounts & the scope of errors will also be reduced.

In manual process,

The GAR (Global account reconciliation) team business user receives flat files from AXIOM. These files are prepared by the merchants and contain data of the daily transactions. These files are manually downloaded. The bulk data in these files is un-bulked by business using filters and after further slicing and dicing of data the file is run by using Monarch. In this process the reconciliation is performed and the flat file is converted to excel format. These excel files are in a standard format which are then pushed to intellisuite.

The recently concluded analytics and reporting strategy and data design project at Encompass had laid out a roadmap to consolidate the reporting environment and provide access improvement.

Client data mart (CDM) helps produce a simple and effective multi-dimensional for Sjp's MI Division, which manages the corporate management information. Client data mart replaces their previous Excel-based, Ms-Access driven reporting. CDM extracts bulk of its client information from the Corporate Database (CDB) running in sqlserver. CDM uses Informatica for extraction and load into Staging tables & transformation into Dimension and Fact tables within the data mart. The fact tables contain’s the measures for the client like units and value of each plan and funds while the dimensions are Clients, Partners, geography, time etc. This will help SJP to create reports from the data mart easier than CDB or previous systems.
