Directed a staff of 95 in daily operations, planned, wrote and implemented
policies, goal and objectives to ensure a continuing and successful

Analyzed operation, sales and administrating staff in setting goals and
assisted in achievement of said goals.
Coordinated efforts with CFO regarding budgets, projects and operations
financing, banking issues, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Organized monthly Profit and Loss Meeting, provided information and
recommendations to the board of directors concerning the oil and gas
trends and activities regarding Royals operations.
Negotiated and approved contracts and agreements between Royals
business partners and customers.
Oversaw human resource department regarding current laws involving
proper hiring and termination policies (drug screen, back ground checks,
fit for duty examinations etc.)
Expanded Royal from one central location in Broussard, Louisiana to 8
service/sales centers throughout the United States. Locations included
Pennsylvania, North Dakota, 3 locations in Texas. Wyoming and North
Louisiana.
Negotiated terms for leasing of company vehicles from national fleet
companies.

Improved Royals quality management process by obtaining ISO/2009
certification.
Expanded Royal from a general offshore service company with one
department, providing Under Water Sonar, Sub-Sea CCTV inspection
services, to four individual departments with individual managers and staff
for each department. Said departments included a full blown fabrication
department, surface CCTV department for both land and offshore oil and
gas markets and access control and video for industrial applications
