Limited, Zuari Investments and Insurance Brokers. Managing around 2000 people at all levels. Responsible for

managing a team of 15 HR professionals at various levels and people strength of 1400 professionals. Turnover

INR 1900 Cr.

1. Member of the Management Committees of all the companies and Partnering the Management in Aligning

HR Strategies as per Business requirements.

2. Formulate strategies and plans with focus on core business activities leading to organizational turnaround

successfully.

4. Provide leadership and coordination of company Human Resource function to make HR a source of

strategic competitive advantage.

5. Develop and manage annual budgets for the divisions and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses

and project management.
