Self-taught and without prior knowledge of Salesforce, I achieved the unofficial title of “Salesforce guru” and implemented the company’s first functioning sales reports and dashboards that resulted in companywide pipeline visibility and opportunity management across siloed divisions.

Together with the executive and legal teams, I put into effect a streamlined contract management process within Salesforce, which prompted the practice of sales teams getting in front of expiring agreements and strategizing long-term sales goals more effectively.

After attending Dreamforce in 2015, I initiated the new Lightening platform which led to improved sales productivity by increasing our user adoption rate from 56% to 87%. As momentum evolved, I drove contract negotiations and secured a 20% discount on an Enterprise upgrade and further reduced costs by replacing expensive licensed event management software with a free native Salesforce app.

Initially brought on as a three-month contractor to update sales collateral, my enthusiasm to create partnerships with a skeptical sales team combined with my aptitude to understand complex product offerings resulted in full-time employment where I worked across multiple business units coordinating responses to RFPs, risk assessments, and managed credit products business line materials.

Elected as the Business Line Continuity Officer, I documented disaster recovery plans and delivered annual attestation to the Corporate Business Resiliency Program Office for the Sales Support Division. I worked with compliance as the corporate vendor risk assessment program coordinator and created processes to ensure records were documented and stored per ongoing auditing requirements.

U.S. SALES COORDINATOR/EA/OEM PROJECT MANAGER MEDICAL IMAGING DYNAMICS, INC. 2006 – 2010

Worked across a geographically remote group of entrepreneurs, sales executives and vendors in support of a start-up medical imaging sales company where I helped implement efficient and effective sales processes and training materials and quickly built relationships and trust within all levels of our newly-created sales team.
