Job involved flying to (2) cities a week, inspecting existing buildings, writing property evaluation reports, and estimating repair work reserves for: Apartment Buildings, Mobile Home Parks, Office Buildings, Motels and Hotels, Nursing Homes, Shopping Centers, Industrial Buildings etc. Extensive use of lap top computers, on line data bases, electronic cameras, standard format reports and electronic spread sheets. Reports with photos and commentary were sent via the Internet to First Union Banks, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae, Mellon Banks, Manufacturers Hanover and Chase Manhattan Bank. Bank loans were bundled with reports and sold world wide on Securities Exchange and Bond Markets.
