.Brockton VAMC laundry Building Renovation 38,000 square foot industrial laundry building washes 7 million pounds of cloth

per year design HVAC & Plumbing system. Mechanical designer in project involving new HVAC & Plumbing for a completely

gutted and renovated laundry facility. Prior to new project, facility consisted of only Heating and venting units and exhaust fans with

roof and wall openings as means of make-up air. For new project planned and designed new HVAC for office spaces, lounge, storage

rooms and areas of equipment floor where people are working. Heat recovery VRF system were designed to provide simultaneous

heating or cooling per room/zone need. Supplements heating thourghout the building attained by hot water unit heaters, baseboard

heaters and cabinet heaters.

CUNY City College Compton Goethals Hall Basement Renovation modified the existing HVAC supply, return and exhaust

ductwork to serve the new program.

Perry Point Potable water system Imporvements, Perry Point VAMC As a Mechanical Design Engineer worked on this 12,000

square foot critical water treatment facility.

Ohmsett Facility Sandy Repair - Sustainable Responsible for HVAC & Plumbing system involved in selection of Louvers, exhaust

fan, Unit heater Ejector Pumps.
